InSite Real Estate signed a long-term, 4,000 SF lease with Mattress Firm, an InSite build-to-suit program tenant, to anchor a 6,500 SF multi-tenant retail building at US Route 30 and Vancina Lane in New Lenox, IL. The building will be completed in November, 2015. Mattress Firm is one of the nation’s premier specialty bedding retailers, offering a broad selection of both traditional and specialty mattresses, bedding accessories, and related products.
