InSite Buys Site for Pre-leased 8,300 SF Multi-tenant Retail Building in Bradley, IL

InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.5 acre site and signed long-term leases with Sleepy’s, Starbucks, and Visionworks to fully lease an 8,300 SF retail building at 1630 State Route 50, an outlot to the Northfield Square Mall, in Bradley, IL. The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2015. Sleepy's is a privately owned, fourth-generation company with over 900 retail locations in 17 states. Starbucks is the world’s leading roaster, marketer, and retailer of coffee operating in over 60 countries. Visionworks (formerly Eye Care Centers of America, Inc.) is a leading provider of eye care services with more than 650 optical retail stores in 41 states and the District of Columbia.
