InSite Real Estate purchased a 1 acre site and signed a long-term lease with Sleepy’s, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 6,000 SF single-tenant building at 210 Huffman Mill Road in Burlington, NC. The building will be delivered in January 2014. Sleepy's is a privately-owned, fourth-generation company with over 900 retail locations in 17 states.
