InSite Real Estate purchased a 1.67-acre site at 615 West Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting, PA for a 6,000 SF multi-tenant retail building and signed a long-term 3,600 SF lease with Mission BBQ and a long-term 2,400 SF lease with Visionworks. The building will be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
