InSite Real Estate purchased a 30,000 SF site at 5460 North Haggerty Road in Canton, MI for a 5,600 SF multi-tenant retail center co-anchored by Qdoba Mexican Grill and T-Mobile. The building will be delivered in the third quarter of 2015. Founded in 1995, fast casual Qdoba Mexican Grill has more than 600 locations open in 47 states. T-Mobile is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services capable of reaching over 293 million Americans where they live, work, and play.
