InSite Buys Site for 3,500 SF Aspen Dental Build-to-Suit in Galesburg, IL

InSite Real Estate purchased a 2.50-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Aspen Dental, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 3,500 SF single-tenant building at Seminary Street and Carl Sandburg Drive in Galesburg, IL. The building will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2016. Aspen Dental is a dental services organization that provides non-clinical business services to licensed, independent dentists in more than 450 Aspen Dental practices in communities across 28 states.
