InSite Buys Site for 28,708 SF Fresh Thyme Farmers Market Build-to-Suit in Canton, MI

InSite Real Estate purchased a 3.61-acre site and signed a long-term lease with Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, an InSite build-to-suit program client, for a 28,708 SF single-tenant retail building at Ford Road and Morton Taylor Road in Ypsilanti, MI.  The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2017. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a full-service specialty grocer focusing on fresh, healthy, natural, and organic offerings with plans to open 80 stores in the Midwest by 2019.
