InSite Buys 15,600 SF Building for The Gardner School Redevelopment in Chicago, IL

InSite Real Estate has purchased a 15,600 SF former light manufacturing building at 1612 West North Avenue in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood to redevelop for The Gardner School, an InSite build-to-suit program client. The building will be delivered in the first quarter of 2014. The Gardner School is an award-winning academic preschool serving children ages six weeks through pre-Kindergarten.
